- Next take your thin slice beef or pork and lay them flat on the table. Grab a bunch of carrots and roll them up in the meat. Do this for all the eggplant too. Now in a bowl or shallow dish add some potato starch. You will want to coat the meat in the potato starch and than add them right into the hot pan.
- These cook really fast because they are so thin so just cook a little then turn, Just keep turning until the meat is cooked all the way. Once all the little rolls are cooked turn your heat down to low and add in your sauce and put a lid on your pan. Cook for about 1 minute. Now turn off the heat and serve. Now it's done.
